What are the delivery options?
For France: Delivery method: Colissimo at home with signature Shipping costs: €8 Delivery time: 24 to 48 hours
We remind you that all delivery times are to be counted in working days. These delivery times are given as an indication and remain dependent on the carriers. We Are Baddies cannot therefore be held responsible in the event of late delivery. Delivery costs cannot be refund if the deadlines are not respected by the services.

Will I have to pay customs fees upon receipt of my order?
Customs fees are specific to each country and depend on the amount of your order. When customs fees apply, they are your responsibility.
How will the delivery take place?
The package will be delivered to your home against signature, which means that the delivery person will give you your package in exchange for a signature which will prove that your order has been received.
What should I do if my package is announced as "delivered" but I haven't received it?
If you have not received your package, we advise you to inquire with your neighbors or your caretaker, who may have recovered it. It could also be that the delivery status was updated slightly early, and the package arrived later in the day.
La Poste is the decision maker of your parcel as soon as it is taken care of. In the event that home delivery is not deemed possible by the deliverer or the address is not accessible, the deliverer may drop off the package at a pick-up point (often the nearest post office) instead of the domiciliation address.
We also invite you to check if the address you provided when ordering is correct and complete. If the delivery address does not match yours, and you are unable to retrieve the package, we will find a solution for you.
We also remind you that any report relating to your order must be communicated to our customer service within 14 days of the delivery date of the package indicated on the tracking.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make your return. The parts must be returned in their original packaging, with the tag attached, clothing not damaged or stained at the risk of not being reimbursed.
Do you accept refunds on all products?
We do not accept refunds on accessories and delivery costs. Delivery costs will be deducted from the refund of your order.
Are the return costs at our expense?
Yes, the return costs are your responsibility.
How do I request a return?
If you wish to make a return, contact our customer service at contact@wearebaddies.fr by providing us with your order number, the list of products you wish to return and the reason for return.
We will then email you a return label allowing you to return your items to us. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
In addition, when preparing your returns, be sure to return with your order any product offered during the initial payment, under penalty of being invoiced later.
After how long will I be reimbursed?
In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse you within 14 days, after receipt and verification of the returned products.
Do you accept exchanges?
Unfortunately for the moment we cannot offer you exchanges. However, it will soon be possible for Baddies in the Paris region, we will be able to exchange your items (within the limit of available stock) directly in our physical store which will be located in Paris.
Is my order confirmed?
When your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation with your order number by email. If your We Are Baddies account is active, you will find your order in your customer area in the "orders" section.
I have not received my confirmation email, why?
We invite you first to check if the direct debit has been made. It is possible that the payment was not successful and that your order was not validated. If you have been debited, we advise you to check that our email is not in your spam folder. If you still cannot find an email, write to us at contact@wearebaddies.fr so that we can resend your confirmation email.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours (working days) after validation of your order. If you place your order on the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be dispatched the next working day.
How to track my order?
Once your package has been shipped and picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. You will find in this email your tracking number, which will allow you to track your package on the website of the carrier.
If you have a We Are Baddies customer account, you can also find your tracking number in the "orders" then "details" section.

Do you restock "out-of-stock" products?
Unfortunately (or fortunately) our pieces are produced in limited editions in order to avoid overproduction and end up with unsold items. This is why we advise you to be very reactive if you have a crush on one of the WAB creations.
I don't know what size to order?
On each product page you will find a universal size guide.
However, if you have any doubts about your choice, do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail so that we can put you in direct contact with the designer. She will take care of giving you free personalized advice based on your request.
Is it possible to retouch a product?
Yes, we can retouch your favorite piece as much as possible (shorten, readjust to size, etc...). Contact us by email upon receipt of your package with your order number and your request as detailed as possible. We will submit your request to the designer and get back to you as soon as possible. A supplement for the retouch is to be expected, the amount will be communicated to you when we send you the return by email concerning your request. The return costs (for retouching) as well as the new delivery costs will be at your expense.
Is it possible to place a custom order?
Yes, we can make custom orders for Baddies who can travel to the Paris region. The designer will need to meet with you to take your measurements and discuss your project in person.
